1. Products
Athlon Club (“we”, “us”) sells premade digital products — Rust game server plugins and map prefabs. All products are digital downloads; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from us. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. No Subscription — No Ongoing Obligations
We do not charge subscription fees or maintenance fees. All products are sold as a one-time purchase. Because of this, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Future updates or compatibility with upcoming Rust versions
- Continued maintenance or bug fixes after purchase
- Response times for support requests
- The product continuing to function if Rust, Oxide, or Carbon updates break it
Updates may be released at our discretion, but are never guaranteed. Before purchasing, please verify that the product meets your current needs. The purchase is final regardless of future changes to the game or its modding frameworks.
4. License
When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your own Rust server(s). You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with third parties.
If you operate multiple Rust servers under a single administration (for example, a server network), your license covers use across those servers as part of that same operation. The license is tied to you as the purchaser — if you stop operating or co-operating a server, the product may not continue to be used there by a new, unrelated operator without a separate purchase.
5. Exclusive Distribution
Our products are distributed exclusively through athlonclub.top. Copies obtained from any other source — including third-party file-sharing sites or leaked archives — are unauthorized and are not covered by this license, regardless of how they were obtained. Using an unauthorized copy grants you no rights under this Agreement.
6. Compatibility
Our plugins are designed for Rust servers running the Oxide/uMod or Carbon modding framework at the time of release. We do not guarantee compatibility with every server configuration, third-party plugins, or future updates to Rust, Oxide, or Carbon. It is your responsibility to test compatibility in your environment before deploying to a live server.
7. Intellectual Property
All products remain the intellectual property of Athlon Club. Purchase grants a usage license only — ownership is not transferred.
8. Support
Basic installation support may be available via our community forum or Discord on a best-effort basis. We do not offer guaranteed response times, SLA commitments, or paid customization services.
Support is provided only for unmodified versions of our products. If you have edited a product’s code or configuration in a way that affects its behavior, we cannot guarantee support, and issues arising from those modifications fall outside our responsibility. To receive support, please use a fresh, unmodified copy of the product.
9. Account Suspension and License Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license and account, without notice, if you violate this Agreement, redistribute or pirate our products, harm the community, or engage in activities we consider inappropriate at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the product in your possession.
10. Disclaimer — As Is
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your specific setup. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or server downtime.
11. Indemnification
If a third party makes a claim against us arising from your use of our products or your violation of this Agreement, you agree to cover reasonable costs associated with that claim, including legal fees.
12. Payment Processor
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
13. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
