All Sales Are Final — No Refunds After Download
All products sold on Athlon Club are digital downloads (game server plugins and map prefabs). Because digital files can be duplicated and retained by the buyer, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed. All sales are considered final at that point.
Product Not Working as Described?
If you believe a product has a significant defect or does not function as advertised, please contact us before initiating any dispute:

We will do our best to resolve the issue (bug fix, workaround, or updated version). If we are genuinely unable to fix the problem within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We keep full records of all transactions, downloads, and communications.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent loss of access to purchased files and future purchases.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same product, contact us immediately and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Any refund approved by us will be issued back to your original payment method through Paddle.
